Because digital products are delivered instantly upon purchase and cannot be "returned," we are unable to offer refunds once access has been granted. Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing.
If you experience a technical issue that prevents access to your purchase, contact us at support@projectfutureself.com and we will resolve it promptly.
A full refund is available if requested at least 48 hours before the first session of the Sprint you are enrolled in. Refund requests must be submitted by email to support@projectfutureself.com.
Refund requests received less than 48 hours before the first session, or after the program has begun, will not be eligible for a refund. In extenuating circumstances, we may offer a credit toward a future Sprint at our discretion.
The Transformation Readiness Assessment is free of charge. No refund applies.
We ask that you contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card provider. Most issues can be resolved quickly. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in being barred from future purchases.
